A backcountry permit is required to camp overnight in North Cascades National Park. Permits must be picked up in person at one of the park's Wilderness Information Centers
 
 

A climb in the North Cascades. Climbing gear, routefinding experience and expertise required.

Steep trail approach to Colonial Glacier Basin via Pyramid Lake and Pyramid Peak Trails, followed by glacier travel, some rock, and more glacier travel.
