From the parking lot, walk south on the paved path past the dog park. After about 900 feet, under the canopy of Douglas firs, turn left onto the trail. You'll see City of Bellevue trail markers throughout the 10-acres of wooded area. The trails are wide and even with a slight slope to the east of the park. The flora of the park has common northwest varieties.

There's a permanent orienteering course in the park, with many of the controls in the wooded area. The map and control descriptions are available from the Cascade Orienteering Club.

As you leave the wooded area to the north, take a stroll around the pond. It's mostly surrounded by vegetation, but there's one access point on the southeast side near the big rock.

While at Robinswood you can't escape the sounds of the city, but it provides a nice natural space to wander for a short time.
